Please note:
1. By registering on camp, you agree that NCS will collect and use your data in order to run the program and for general advertising communication. You also agree to permit the use of photographs and videos, or other pictures including you in promoting NCS’ activities and programs. For exceptions, email [email protected]
2. By registering, you accept that travelling to/from camp, the camp program and the use of the campsite carry inherent risks. All participants are responsible for their own actions and their consequences, as well as any extra costs such as medical expenses or damages.
3. The price at the time of registering only applies if the payment is made within that scheduled period. (For all other payments full payment should be finalised before registration closes.)
4. If you need to cancel your registration, please let NCS know ASAP. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of camp will incur a charge of up to 100% of the full camp fee.  Where possible, NCS will seek to reduce this charge depending on the costs already incurred such as campsite fees and food purchases.
